Tasks & responsibilities

What will you do?
In this dynamic role, your responsibilities include:

• Financial Planning: Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes across multiple business units.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze financial results and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Strategic Decision Support: Provide data-driven recommendations to senior management to guide strategic decisions.
• Reporting: Develop clear and concise financial reports for stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in FP&A processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across departments (e.g., operations, sales, marketing) to align financial goals with business objectives.
• Leadership: Manage and mentor a small team of analysts, fostering their growth and development.

Candidate profile

Who are we looking for?

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• You have 5+ years of experience in FP&A or a similar role within an international setting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal); Dutch is an advantage but not required.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
