The position

This is an opportunity to join an ambitious international technology company at an exciting stage in its development.

As Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in identifying and developing new business opportunities across international markets. Working closely with senior leadership, you will analyse market developments, identify commercial opportunities and build strategic relationships that support long-term growth.

You will work across multiple functions and engage with customers, partners and other external stakeholders to help shape future commercial direction. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on business development and offers significant scope to influence the future success of the organisation.

The position can be based anywhere in Europe. Regular travel globally, including visits to the company's headquarters, forms part of the role.

Candidate profile

• Proven international business development experience within a technology-driven B2B environment.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and developing new commercial opportunities.
• Experience building long-term customer relationships and strategic partnerships.
• Commercially driven with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to operate effectively within an international, cross-functional environment.
• A degree in Engineering, Science or another relevant discipline
• Fluent in English. Proficiency in additional languages would be an advantage.
• Willing to travel internationally.
