The organisation

Our client is a fast-growing European SaaS company operating at the intersection of eCommerce, retail, and marketing technology. Their platform helps leading consumer brands deliver personalized, data-driven customer experiences across the full buyer journey — from product discovery to loyalty and retention.

With strong traction across Europe and an expanding footprint in DACH, the company is now entering its next growth phase in Germany. Backed by a collaborative international team across Stockholm, London, Amsterdam, and beyond, they combine entrepreneurial drive with a strong product culture and proven go-to-market success.

Their mission is simple: empower brands to create seamless and intelligent customer journeys while scaling sustainably through partnerships and long-term relationships.

The position

As Regional Sales Manager (DACH), you will play a key role in scaling the business across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This is a highly entrepreneurial position combining complex enterprise sales, strategic partner collaboration, and market-building responsibilities. You will work closely with the regional Sales Director and cross-functional teams (SDR, Marketing, Partnerships, Solutions Engineering) to drive sustainable growth through a partner-first, land-and-expand strategy.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Owning complex MarTech sales cycles end-to-end across mid-market and enterprise accounts in DACH
  • Building and executing go-to-market strategies with strategic partners (e.g., agencies, system integrators, eCommerce platforms)
  • Driving targeted ABM initiatives and high-impact executive events to generate pipeline
  • Acting as a commercial sparring partner internally while shaping the regional sales motion

Candidate profile

  • Proven track record closing complex B2B SaaS/MarTech deals in the DACH region
  • Experience selling into eCommerce, retail, or digital-first environments (CMOs, eCommerce Directors, Heads of Marketing, etc.)
  • Strong exposure to partner-led sales motions and multi-stakeholder deal cycles
  • Familiarity with the MarTech ecosystem (CDP, CRM, product discovery/search, loyalty solutions, etc.)
  • Experience working in scale-ups or early-stage market environments is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of MEDDICC/MEDDPICC or structured forecasting frameworks is a plus
  • German (C2/native) required
  • English (C1+) required

Personality/Soft-Skills:

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building markets and shaping strategy
  • Strong consultative and stakeholder management skills
  • High ownership mentality with the ability to operate autonomously
  • Collaborative team player who enjoys working cross-functionally
  • Resilient, commercially driven, and energized by long sales cycles

The offer

  • Shape and scale a high-growth DACH market with strong existing traction
  • Competitive compensation: €90K–€120K base, double OTE
  • International exposure across European offices (Stockholm, London, Amsterdam)
  • Partner-first GTM with strong internal enablement support
  • Real career growth potential in a meritocratic environment
  • 30 days holiday + public holidays
  • €500 yearly wellness allowance + weekly wellness hour
  • Tech budget (phone, accessories, etc.)
  • Regular offsites, summits, and company-wide events
  • Car allowance: case-by-case depending on location and travel needs
