The position

The CFO will build a future-proof finance function that ensures greater transparency and insight. They will transform finance into a proactive partner for the business and take ownership of the overall financial figures. Finance is in control, the numbers are reliable and accessible, with strong liquidity planning, relevant KPIs, and management information for the CEO and senior management. The CFO transforms Finance into a proactive partner of the business. Takes ownership of the total financial figures. Finance is in control, figures are reliable and accessible, with good liquidity planning, relevant KPIs and management information. Makes scenario analyses for investments, builds business cases and makes suggestions for improvement. Fulfills a strategic role as a business partner for the board and is co-responsible for managing important stakeholders. Actively contributes to the development of the vision and strategic policy. But is also someone who takes on and tackles matters hands-on, feels and takes responsibility and is not afraid to take on operational matters if needed.

Candidate profile

Is fact-based and connecting sparring partner. Robust, resilient, responsible. For experienced but hands-on CFO. With track record in SaaS business. And humor.

• University degree + RC/RA
• Extensive experience as a CFO with ultimate responsibility in an entrepreneurial and international setting
• Experience in/understanding of the dynamics and culture of a fast-growing company
• Track record in SaaS business (subscription models)
• Experience in building a business-oriented finance organization
• Familiar with M&A and Post Merger Integration
• Preferably experience in a private equity setting
