The position
Our client is looking for experienced and creative Solution Architects with expertise in the Insurance sector (or a willingness to learn it), to help clients drive digital transformation. The role involves working with dynamic teams to define technology strategies, design innovative solutions, and support implementation, offering continuous learning and professional growth in a collaborative environment.
Candidate profile
- 5–10 years of experience in IT architecture, digital delivery, or technology consulting.
- Proven background in the consulting industry, with a strong understanding of client-facing project environments.
- Domain expertise in Insurance is highly preferred, including hands-on experience with one or more insurance solutions. However, candidates from other industries with a strong willingness to learn and grow within the insurance sector are also encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated ability to apply emerging technologies within the insurance domain to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Strong capability in defining target architectures, with a solid grasp of enterprise integration patterns.
- Comprehensive knowledge of data concepts, including data management, security, governance, databases, integration, and quality assurance.
- Experience with modern technology stacks, including cloud platforms, AI, and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools is a plus.
- Academic background: A university degree in a quantitative or technical field (e.g., mathematics, science, information technology, or business administration) with above-average academic performance.
- Fluent in English; Dutch is highly desirable.
This position is only open to candidates currently residing in the Netherlands.
