Our client is an international project organisation.
The position
- Lead and develop the project staffing department.
- Create a strategy on the long-term project staffing needs.
- Align staffing needs with organisational goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance, support, and coaching to enhance individual and team performance.
Candidate profile
- Experience in project management related roles in complex (international) project organisations.
- Extensive leadership experience and driving changes.
- Excellent management and influencing skills.
- Good command of the Dutch and English language.
