The position
Our client is seeking a General Manager to boost the company’s revenue in Europe and to build a 2.0 organisation.
Candidate profile
- Master’s degree, preferably in engineering or business administration.
- Senior manager who manages, coaches and leads by example.
- Experience in a trading and/or distribution company in the chemicals industry.
- A strong network within the chemicals industry.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English.
- Sufficient cultural awareness to deal with a team from different regions and with different backgrounds.
- Commercially strong, result-driven, entrepreneur, energetic.
