Our client works with big names such as Nestlé, Mars, Hershey and various family businesses worldwide. Together with a team of 60 colleagues, you develop and produce innovative products with which customers create their iconic products.

The position

As Managing Director, you are the driving force behind further growth.

You:

• Lead and inspire: You create connections between colleagues and build an open, collaborative corporate culture.
• Strengthen the strategy: You ensure an optimal balance between commercial growth and efficient production processes.
• Stimulate innovation: You work with customers on technical solutions for new products and strengthen the position as market leader.
• Creates sustainable relationships: You build on trust with existing customers and expand our network worldwide.

Candidate profile

• At least 5 years of experience as Managing Director in an SME production environment with P&L responsibility.
• Strong in both strategy and operations, with a hands-on mentality.
• Experience in a technical environment, such as injection molding or tool making, is a plus.
• Good balance between commercial insight and process optimization.
• A connecting leadership style: you motivate and develop your employees.
• HBO/WO work and thinking level with a technical or business background.
• Preferably living in the Turnhout-Breda-Eindhoven-Den Bosch region.
