The position
As Renewables Director, you will lead the growth of offshore wind projects, driving innovation and building strategic partnerships to expand the business in this fast-evolving sector. You will identify market opportunities and oversee a diverse portfolio of project development, tenders, and delivery.
You will build and inspire a high-performing team, ensuring operational excellence and strengthening the organisation’s reputation as a trusted offshore wind partner.
Candidate profile
- In-depth knowledge of renewable offshore energy markets, preferably in 'Array Cables'
- Strong leadership and people management abilities
- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
- Proven track record in sales with a high level of commercial and financial awareness
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
