The organisation
Our client is a global contractor.
The position
The responsibilities of the Vice President Operations, include the leadership, management, performance, and achievement of all global operations. Responsible for global projects’ P&L, cost center management, and operational efficiencies.

Candidate profile
- Experience working with contractor in the infrastructure, O&G or renewables sector.
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or other technical subject. MBA is seen as beneficial.
- Ability to influence at senior levels in organisations (peers, customers, partners and within and outside of the company).
- International experience.
- Proficient in the English language. A good command of Dutch is beneficial.
