The organisation

We’re partnering with a fast-growing AI-driven SaaS scale-up transforming how organizations hire and engage talent. Unlike point tools that solve one problem at a time, this company has developed an intelligent orchestration layer on top of existing systems (ATS/CRM), combining multiple AI agents into a single platform that autonomously screens, engages, schedules, and nurtures talent at scale.

Their solution is designed for enterprise HR and Talent Acquisition teams who need to reduce time-to-hire, boost recruiter productivity, and elevate candidate experience — all while keeping existing systems of record intact.
They’ve already moved from ~€200K to €5M+ ARR in under 2 years and are now scaling out a true enterprise go-to-market motion with blue-chip customers.

The position

As Enterprise sales rep you will:

  • Drive new logo acquisition and expand strategic enterprise accounts across Europe
  • Identify, engage, and close opportunities with CHRO/TA leaders, plus key IT/Security and Finance stakeholders
  • Navigate long, complex sales cycles (typically 6–9 months)
  • Build and own your pipeline end-to-end - from prospecting to close
  • Craft compelling value narratives that reframe how HR and TA think about AI and recruiting operations
  • Work closely with internal leadership to refine positioning, demos, and value propositions

You will not be handed a cookbook. This is a role for someone who thrives in a high-growth environment and isn’t afraid to build playbooks as you go.

Candidate profile

  • 5+ years in enterprise SaaS sales with complex deals (€150K+)
  • Proven new business hunting capability (self-generated pipeline)
  • Experience selling into HR, Talent Acquisition, Workforce, or related enterprise functions - bonus if you’ve sold solutions to HR leaders
  • Strong executive presence and confident communication with C-level stakeholders
  • Comfort selling into ambiguity and shaping process/strategy as you go
  • A consultative, challenger-style approach - not feature selling
  • Dutch and English fluency
  • Ability to be in the Amsterdam office at least 3 days/week
