The organisation

A fast-growing European scale-up in the e-mobility industry is entering a new phase: shifting from building infrastructure to building revenue. With several new commercial products in development and a rapidly expanding team, the company is now ready to create its first true sales organisation. You will join at a moment where almost everything is still to be defined – and you get a real say in how it all works.

The position

As Head of Sales, you will be the builder of the commercial engine. Working closely with the Director of Growth, you translate strategy into practice, create structure where none exists yet, and drive revenue across multiple markets. This role fits someone who combines sales leadership with strategic thinking, analytical strength, and the excitement of creating something new.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Build the sales team, processes, and commercial playbook from scratch.
  • Turn strategic direction into a clear, scalable sales operation.
  • Shape pricing, deal structures, discount models, and partnership frameworks.
  • Launch and commercialise new propositions (fleet solutions, charge card, loyalty, value-add tools).
  • Work closely with teams across growth, product, operations, and partners to define a winning commercial approach.
  • Coach and develop the team through daily funnel reviews, hands-on guidance, and cross-market collaboration.
  • Bring analytical insight and commercial creativity to a landscape where products and processes are still evolving.

Candidate profile

  • 7+ years of strong sales experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • A builder with strategic and analytical skills, not just an operator.
  • Able to create structure in ambiguity and enjoy shaping new commercial concepts.
  • Collaborative leader with strong communication and coaching abilities.
  • Driven, creative, and excited to design the commercial future of a scale-up.

The offer

  • Base salary: €105.000 + 20%
  • OTE to be designed together (no existing commission structure yet)
