The position
You will own the end-to-end go-to-market for Safe Home 2025, overseeing lead generation, outbound sales, and content-driven demand creation.
The Sales Director – Safe Home is responsible for defining and executing the commercial strategy for Guidion’s Safe Home business. You will own revenue growth, build and manage key partner relationships, and lead sales teams to expand Guidion’s presence in the home safety and security market.
You’ll work closely with Product, Operations, and Marketing to shape the Safe Home value proposition and ensure commercial success in both B2B and B2C channels.
Tasks & responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement the commercial strategy for Safe Home, aligned with Guidion’s broader business objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and partnership models.
- Own the annual sales plan, revenue targets, and forecasting accuracy.
Business Development & Partnerships
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key partners (e.g., insurers, technology providers, and installers).
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements that drive growth and margin.
- Represent Guidion in external meetings, industry events, and partner negotiations.
Sales Management & Performance
- Lead, coach, and develop the Safe Home sales team.
- Drive a culture of performance, accountability, and collaboration.
- Define KPIs and ensure strong sales reporting and pipeline management.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product and Marketing to shape value propositions, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with Operations to ensure seamless delivery and customer experience.
- Contribute to strategic planning and innovation across Guidion’s service ecosystem.
Candidate profile
- 8+ years in senior commercial or sales leadership roles, preferably in home services, telecom, energy, or security.
- Proven track record of developing and executing growth strategies.
- Strong network and partnership experience in B2B/B2C environments.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Data-driven approach with strong financial and analytical acumen.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic vision and operational focus.
