Our client is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company headquartered in Amsterdam, with a team of around 40 employees and strong momentum across Europe. The position
We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive with a strong record in large-deal Enterprise software sales (average deal sizes north of six figures) to own growth in both new business and high-value strategic accounts. You’ll be at the forefront of commercial execution, building relationships with senior leadership teams, managing full-cycle deals, and consistently delivering results against ambitious revenue targets.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Drive pipeline and prospecting: Identify and qualify new opportunities, engage senior stakeholders, and expand footprint within target accounts.
- Lead full sales cycles: From initial discovery to product demos, negotiation, and contract close , manage complex deals with confidence and clarity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with commercial, marketing, and product teams to shape strategic account plans and optimize engagement.
- Forecast and report: Maintain a clean, accurate pipeline and deliver regular updates on revenue projections and deal health.
- Champion customer success: Ensure new customers are onboarded smoothly and positioned for long-term value and satisfaction.
Candidate profile
- 7+ years of Enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in the European market.
- Proven success closing large, complex deals, you’re comfortable owning six-figure+ engagements.
- Strong consultative selling skills with C-level and executive stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation, forecasting, and pipeline management capabilities.
- Experience with structured sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, MEDDICC, SPIN).
- Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset, you thrive in a fast-paced commercial environment.
- Excited to be 4 times per week in the growing office in Amsterdam
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
