The position

Interesting! What will I be doing?

You'll be working as an Operation Technician, where you'll be a crucial technical link. In this role, you'll lead the onshore and offshore Flying Squad, a team of 3-6 technicians who intervene in drilling installations. You'll be responsible for the operation, safety, and environment of the installation where you're present. You'll prepare planned interventions, and in case of an emergency, you'll lead the incident with the help of the onshore emergency team. All in all, it's a varied and exciting job that's very important in preventing and solving major problems.

Candidate profile

With your technical experience, you know how to lead a team both in preparation and at decisive moments. Your years of experience in this industry shine through, and you're familiar with the offshore sector from your previous work.
